Physician/Pharmacist Medical Team

With over 40 years of combined experience in their respected fields, Dr. Read and Dr. Nichols have the expertise needed to guide you on your path to total health and healing. Focusing on mind-body-spirit integration, they will provide a health and wellness program for you that includes specialized testing and labs, evaluation of medications and supplements, nutrition and lifestyle counseling, and attention to emotional health. All of these services will take into consideration your individuality and uniqueness, and will result in a  wellness plan that is specifically tailored to you.

Having worked in traditional medicine for many years themselves, Dr. Read and Dr. Nichols are particularly motivated to help healthcare professionals who are struggling with health issues but find it difficult to obtain the kind of confidential care they truly seek.

Our Physician/Pharmacist Integrated Medical Consult Package consists of 5 visits. 

The initial visit will consist of a complete history and physical examination, medication and supplement review, and diet and lifestyle review. Labs will be ordered as needed. Dr. Read and Dr. Nichols will evaluate your case and begin to formulate your individualized plan. Emotional health will be a primary consideration, and tools will be provided to support that. Time for the visit will be approximately 3 hours. 

The second visit, the doctors will review any labs that were ordered and finalize your individualized plan. This will include medications and supplements, diet and lifestyle changes, and tools to support mind-body-spirit integration. This visit will be approximately 2 hours. Recommendations may be made for other alternative therapies such as massage, reiki, craniosacral, etc. These services are available at an additional charge. 

The third, fourth, and fifth visits will be check-ins to assess progress as well as to make adjustments to your plan if needed. These visits will be approximately 1 hour each. 

Package cost is $1600. We do not accept insurance. We do accept HSA payments.
