Commercial Driver’s License Physical

The Healing Center is proud to offer physical exams for your commercial driver’s license. Our physicals are conducted by Dr. Lory Read, DO, who is a certified medical examiner for FMCSA. (Certification #8121243659. Certification Expiration Date: January 24, 2033.)

Our center offers DOT CDL examinations twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Appointments are available from 10am to 5pm. If you would like to set up an appointment for an exam, call us today. The cost for the DOT CDL exam is $100.
